Tau-Ken Temir, where industrial silicon production began in 2025, successfully launched the first stage of a КУФиБ-based automation project.
            In a short period, we implemented payroll, statutory and tax accounting, and document management workflows,
            creating a unified digital environment for financial and HR processes.





        ## What was automated in the first stage



            - Payroll and the required HR processes;

            - Statutory and tax accounting in compliance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

            - Document management: approval workflows, source document processing, and deadline and status control.






        ## Project timeline and progress



            - February 2025 — work began;

            - May 2025 — the system entered pilot operation;

            - **Outcome:** rapid launch and stabilization of key workflows without interrupting operations.






        ## Why this matters for Tau-Ken Temir


            Launching the industrial silicon plant required a high degree of cost transparency, control, and regulatory compliance.
            Implementing КУФиБ provides:




            - unified, consistent information for finance, HR, and management;

            - fewer manual operations and errors through standardized processes;

            - readiness to scale — the solution architecture enables new modules and divisions to be connected quickly.






        ## Development plans (stage 2)

        The company and our project team have the following items on their near-term roadmap:



            - **Procurement (MTS/SRM)** — requirements and contract management, budget control;

            - **Maintenance and repairs (ТОиР)** — planning and accounting for costs and downtime;

            - **Treasury** — payment calendar, liquidity, and financial instrument management;

            - **Budgeting** — plan-versus-actual analysis and scenario modeling.

        ## About the technology platform


            The automation is based on КУФиБ, a solution that integrates financial processes, document management, and HR workflows,
            enabling rapid implementation and subsequent expansion of functionality.

## Access for AI agents (MCP)

Connect this endpoint as an MCP connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another Model Context Protocol client for direct structured access to all company data — the product catalog, client cases, pricing, blog posts, and vacancies — with full-text search and no HTML parsing. Access is public, read-only, and requires no authentication.

The Markdown language is selected by the page URL: Russian has no prefix, Kazakh uses `/kk`, and English uses `/en`. Send `Accept: text/markdown` to that URL or pass its path to `/api/agent-markdown?pathname=...`. The public REST API accepts `?locale=ru|kk|en`; Russian is the default.
