# Vacancy for: IT Project Manager

**Responsibilities:**

    - Overseeing development and implementation projects on the 1С platform (up to 7 concurrent projects)

    - Preparing implementation schedules in MS Project and working with them effectively

    - Building rapport with the implementation team ("keeping them moving") and negotiating effectively with clients ("driving decisions")

    - Preparing monthly certificates of completed work for each project and obtaining client approval

    - Monitoring timely payments and preparing АВР, СФ, ЭСФ and ЭАВР documents

    - Creative ideas are welcome

**Requirements:**

    - At least 3 years of IT experience. Our developers work in the 1С language.

    - Project management experience (any relevant certifications are welcome)

    - Knowledge of basic Agile principles. Experience working in any Agile (SCRUM) system

    - Knowledge of MS Project

    - Knowledge of any configuration on the 1С platform as a consultant/developer, or experience working with 1С as a user

    - Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and/or a degree in economics is preferred

    - Ability to defend your position constructively and find compromises.

**Terms:**

    - Employment in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday.

    - Probation period — 3 months.
