# Vacancy for: 1С Consultant

**Required experience:** 1–3 years

**Full-time employment, full working day**

**Temporary engagement is possible:** service or contractor agreements, civil-law contracts, self-employed professionals and individual entrepreneurs

**Hard skills:**

    - Knowledge of treasury processes and ЗУП

    - Experience with ERP will be an advantage

    - Knowledge of statutory accounting

**Soft skills:**

    - Empathy

    - Communication

    - Emotional intelligence

**Self skills:**

It is very important that you understand your own needs, goals, emotions and aspirations.

**Responsibilities:**

    - Conducting interviews with customers

    - Writing technical specifications for developers

    - Maintaining full communication with developers

    - Functional testing

    - Documentation

    - Training users

    - Supporting users

**Terms:**

    - 5/2 work schedule

    - Choice of working hours:


            - 08:00 to 17:00

            - 09:00 to 18:00

            - 10:00 to 19:00





    - Company-funded training on Laba, Skillbox and other platforms

    - Employment in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
