# Vacancy for: Trainee 1С Developer

**Internship, full working day**

Кибернетика.com is looking for people who want to learn 1С programming. We need motivated, responsible colleagues who will become part of our development team. We will help you grow into a professional, provide interesting work and give you an opportunity to earn well!

If you are an entry-level specialist with little or no experience but want to become a 1С developer:

    - The company provides a structured training path from beginner to highly skilled specialist.

    - We send trainees to accounting courses.

    - We help you prepare for the 1С Специалист exams.

    - Senior colleagues will not leave you alone with a client in a difficult situation.

    - We help you develop the additional non-technical skills required in a developer's work.

**To become part of our team, you need to:**

    - Be willing to learn independently. Interest is enough even if you do not have the skills yet.

    - Take personal responsibility for your work.

    - Work as part of a team instead of trying to be a “hero,” doing everything alone or merely “logging” hours.

    - Be focused on results.

    - Be ready to learn the business domain: “I am a developer and do not need accounting entries” is not an approach that works for us.

**How does compensation work?**

    - After you independently complete three basic courses in our training program, we sign an employment contract.

    - After you complete five training courses, a salary is set and increases as your qualification level grows.

**Terms:**

    - Training can be completed remotely, but you need to come to the office and take exams after every 7 lessons.

    - We provide training ONLY to candidates who will subsequently join our company.

    - After training, the office work schedule is 5/2:


            - 08:00 to 17:00

            - 09:00 to 18:00

            - 10:00 to 19:00





    - Employment in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    - Company-funded training and certification.

    - Individual development plan.
